Complaint rules of the Online Store

Returns policy of the online shop

According to current legislation, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to give any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased product. This right is reserved exclusively for consumer transactions, which means that it only applies to individuals purchasing goods not related to their professional or business activity.

  1. Please download and carefully fill in the enclosed return form.
  2. Then, send the completed form by email or enclose it with your return parcel.
  3. A verification of the condition of the item will be carried out within four working days of receipt of the returned goods.
  4. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of two weeks of receipt of the return.
